It was one of the things Ryback had. There was an energy with him. You could sense he was going to fucking murder someone and the crowd got behind him because of it. Reigns doesn't have that same energy. He's more of a "Well this should be a fine wrestling match" feel. Granted a big part of that is booking. I mean... Ryback doesn't have it anymore either. But he comes off as more laid back than beastly.

There's also a lack of heels that the crowd really WANTS to see get murdered which hampers an up and coming face. There's a lot of problems.
