Yes. Ambrose and Punk (and Heyman, though he's not a wrestler) are the only people I can take convincingly on the mic in the past few years or so. Scripted promos, I think all of those mentioned get bullet points and are pretty much free to cut their own promos in their own 'voice', certainly Punk and Heyman do/did and it shows.
