And as has been brought up, if they actually booked Bryan's feud properly with Kane, maybe it could have worked, but instead it was fucking stupid like every main event Kane feud ends up turning into.
His first feud should have kept the same fire and had his same pluckiness, but instead he beats Kane and then is running in fear from him the next night, it was pure silliness, and if not done specifically to bury him and make him look weak, then the writing and booking team is not very smart.
