In the 12 team league I'm really screwed during week 9 and 10 bye. But when everybody is available it should be good. I normally am reserved with bidding but was getting so fed up with autopick I said screw it and spent a ton on AP and Megatron. The way I see it, fantasy football is supposed to be fun...not many players in the league are more fun to watch than those two.
In the 8 team league I think I did reasonably well. Kicking myself a bit at QB though. Knowing that I wound up with $13 by the time my last pick came I should have went into the Brees sweepstakes rather than settle for Newton. I did get Ryan later for $2 though so I should be fine at QB anyway, but still, it's Brees.
Autodraft can suck it though. It's easy enough to bait the autodraft teams into paying big money for overvalued players, but they're still pretty much guaranteed to land 2 or 3 megastars for retarded money. Yes it weakens the rest of their roster but if their stars play to expectations it might carry them to the playoffs. Wish Yahoo would just put a cap of like $30 for autopick, if you don't make the draft tough shit.
