My question is if Rollins didn't hit Cena with the case and cashed in *first*, would it have been a triple threat, or would Brock be in two simultaneous matches?

Of course, nobody will have an answer for this much like my scarf question. But it is one of those things they could address in the future with a MITB holder. That and the dropped boat they had from Cody/Sandow where Cody had the original contract from the case, but did nothing with it.
