I like it. You are rewarded randomly for playing PVP with "drops" (post match) much like PVE is random drops. I would hate it if only the guys doing the winning got the great drops.

This is fair. it rewards all players for playing any mode. Obviously guys grinding more time will pull away and get more exotic gear, but I dont mind that its fair to the casual player. Winning tons of PVP will get you Crucible gear faster than casual guys, but even the little guy gets a bone.
