Yeah, didn't read that one.

I dunno, it's just that as many bad things as Wolverine has done, he's at least always had a code that's kept him somewhat honorable. He was on the precipice, but he hadn't crossed the line so much that he couldn't still be considered a hero. Killing Daken ruined that at least for me. Daken wasn't even pure evil. He was a bad person for sure, but he wasn't so far gone that he couldn't eventually redeem himself.

And yeah, I know that future Wolverine told him Daken would kill all the students if he let him live but that's stupid too. How many glimpses have we gotten of a future where Genesis becomes Apocalypse and kills everyone? That kind of thing happens in comics all the time. "Oh if you don't kill this dude a horrible future will take place" But they always find a different way to avoid that future because that's what keeps them heroes. Even if they're not the most virtuous of heroes like X-force.

Also, the fact that Daken is alive again doesn't make the fact that Logan killed him any easier to swallow for me.
