I don't think so. There's really no way Pa Kent would/could have known about Batman. He's likely still an urban legend at this point in Gotham much less outside of it and even the ones that may have seen him and mentioned him online are basically the equivalent to us and Slender man or Bigfoot and Jonathan did not look like the most internet trend savvy person in the world. Other than that you have the king of Atlantis and a bunch of Amazons that no one has ever knowingly seen, which are also going to be regarded as storybook characters. Cyborg hasn't happened yet and likely neither have Flash or GL. Green Arrow, if he's even a part of the JL in this universe, is still on the island likely. So as far as anyone in Kansas/Metropolis/Krypton knows Clark is the first and will change the world.
