yeah i agree with hero, i'll be open to giving guidence if sought out. also to all the candidates, don't take this too lightly. not as easy as it might seem, especially when you have people questioning and asking you to justify your decisions especially if you strive to be impartial. it also changes the way you look at the boards. at any rate good luck to all.
