Just like the fact how a King got to have his own official mascot and being an eagle fit really well with Swagger's All American gimmick. No other King of the Ring winner got one so that made the Swagga Eagle a bit more special.

Wasn't anywhere as useful as Damien for Jake the Snake or as crowd lovable as Matilda the bulldog though.
