I don't think he's that bad. He's got great presence in the ring, and when he's not off by himself doing a scripted promo, he's at least passable. He's been presented like a star, and he's done a good job playing the role for the most part.

But I just don't buy him as the guy to take out Brock Lesnar. It'll be a star making moment, but then what? If he flounders for a while, they blew how much time and effort? Brock Lesnar was one of the few people who could conceivably dismantle the Undertaker, he brutalized John Cena, so now we're at the same sort of spot of what to do with that rub.

There's other people that are more ready and have been doing better with what they're given than what Reigns has done. That's my issue. I'm fine with him being pushed as a big deal and a top face, but I don't know that you give the "guy that broke Taker's streak and murdered the biggest name in the company" rub to a guy that can't get through a 30 second promo without getting lost.
