Bryan although Rollins has been more consistent throughout the year. Lesnar should have but the WWE killed off a lot of his momentum because of their stinginess to use him.

Even though Bryan was only around for a few months, I'd argue he made the biggest impact of the year with crowds openly rebelling against the WWE because of how much they adored him and his Mania ride.
