Should he say "no"? Depends what time of day it is.

He could say "no" to a shitty gimmick and "pass the test" with Vince, gaining his respect for "standing up for himself" and "knowing his own mind" - like he pretends he wants his guys to do.

On the otherhand, he could say "no" to a shitty gimmick and get labelled "hard to work with" and "ungreatful for the opportunity".
