This year, have the NXT representative for the Rumble be Kevin Owens (it's too early, I know).

Now, to introduce him to the WWE proper? I don't know/don't care if the Rosebuds are still around, but if they are, this is also a way to end that bit of nonsense.

There's a segment where Adam Rose or The Bunny steps from the Exotic Express, only to witness female Rosebuds screaming in abject terror. We see a large man slip out of camera view just as we witness the scene: all of the male Rosebuds laid out, and absolutely destroyed.

But more than that, their prone bodies are actually posed. Laid out in such a way to spell out "K O."

For the Rumble itself. There's a stupid bit early on with Rose and the Bunny, trying to eliminate each other. Then... out comes Owens. He looks thoroughly unamused by the shenanigans. He enters the ring, and the two former rivals put their differences aside, realizing that he was the reason why their friends were laid out.

It doesn't end well. Both performers get annihilated and eliminated. However, Owens isn't done with Adam Rose. He gives him that sickening apron power bomb. The mic picks up him screaming "This isn't a game!" He makes sure to step onto Rose as he re-enters the ring. The commentators sell shock. Next person comes in and the Rumble continues as normal, while Rose gets stretchered out, with the Bunny surprisingly at his side.
