Rams move to LA, add franchises to St. Louis, Toronto, Oklahoma City, and San Antonio.
St. Louis has shown they can support an NFL franchise, Toronto has shown a thirst for football and could become the team of an entire country and the SkyDome is still a premier facility, OKC and SA have shown to be passionate medium market fan bases and football is in those cities DNA. The Saints were rumored to move to San Antonio many moons ago. OKC would need to build a stadium, but San Antonio could renovate the AlamoDome for NFL games until a new stadium can be built. OKC's MLS team is looking to get a stadium built and having the allure of an NFL franchise could get that project done easily.
Hell, go to fucking London, Las Vegas, give LA two teams that share a stadium ala NY, and add a team in Salt Lake City. It'd balance out the increase in playoff teams, make more revenue, and tap into the regional passion/loyalty you see in college football. The market for football is almost insatiable. This would be overkill, but fuck having random numbers in the divisions.
