Yeah, i think Hogan came from the age of HAVING to look out for number one. I think a lot more guys these days would benefit from that. Y'know, the brass ring factor.

I dunno if Hogan was working Jericho, but I believed him when he said he loved working with Jericho, because he knew Jericho would do business. No bullshit. Jericho is a professional and there's no worry about getting potato'd or stretched or some maverick shit. In Hogan's day, that's what he had to deal with and I DO get it.

But then you go and watch WM 6 when he drops the belt to Warrior, and it's such a sly political move. He makes it seem like he wants to put Warrior over all the while milking and staying around too long, not giving Warrior his moment. He would do shit like that all the time. I guess it makes sense though... he came from an era of guys being in business for themselves so really he just had to be in business for himself. So I get it. I mean as much as I love Bret Hart and I think Hogan should have passed the torch and blah blah blah Bret's as much a mark for himself as Hogan is and while he'd usually put guys over he was doing it in a way that was being in business for himself.
