Can blame Dixie and management for that. Several interviews she gave leading up to the new channel and the first set of tapings made it clear they didn't bother to change anything during the downtime.
Then again, this is the same group that decided keeping Vince Russo was worth more than a happy Spike TV, the extra weeks of tv Spike was still promising them, and Spike still willing to keep a new tv deal on the table.
