No, obviously NV wasn't without merit. Not saying that in any way shape or form. I AM, however saying that the story, the combat with little or no tweaks to V.A.T.S., no improvement of the "Karma" system, and some annoying and at times game-breaking bugs and glitches. Obsidian put forth a great effort, it just seems very "MEH " compared to 3.
