A lot of things are against the rules. Not all of them are cheating. Cheating is something that can effect the outcome; bounties couldn't do that. Spiking the football and celebrating too much is against the rules; is that cheating?

Wasn't me. I don't think it is worse. I believe that bountygate was clearly much worse based solely on the intent; however, the direct effect bountygate had on actual games would be far lass than that of #Shrinkage. Like I said earlier, the Pats are cheaters, the Saints are assholes.
