randomly thinking about this remember in GTA3: SA when CJ went to assassinate the foreman on the construction site while he was in the porta-potty?
He did it by tipping it over and pushing him in the ditch and filling it with concrete.

That was the worst way to die in the series so far, breathing and tasting that until suffocate to death, which I would assume would take awhile.
