Thats what I said to do from the beginning (quick someone find the post from when Edge came back), but they dont listen.
The problem with Edge is that he's kinda cool looking when he comes out, but then he starts jumping around like a fool and you go "this guy acts like a tool", which was fine when he was a cocky heel, but trying to be the top babyface its death. And then God forbid if he talks, and tries to sound hard, I just find myself laughing because Ive seen Elementary school kids that are more intimidating to me than Edge. Soo maybe if he doesn't talk, and just beats people up he might work okay, but I still think his run on top is going to be death.
Whats ironic (well I dont know if its ironic, but its interesting anyway) is that chances are by taking the belt off Orton (a guy the fans were starting to like) he'll probably get turned on much quicker. These next few weeks he's got to brag about beating Orton, if the fans are with Orton, they'll likely turn on Edge.
Could be funny watching them try to keep him babyface.
