I think they're testing to see how many people actually bother to stream a 9 AM game in America, and they picked this game cause the Jags suck and the Bills, while intriguing, don't have a huge following.

Basically if a ton of people still get up and go out of their way to stream THAT game, it will just give the NFL even more revenue streams going forward because it'll mean people will still stream anything to get their NFL fix.
