As for Steiner, he's been very public about his dislike of Hogan for years -- and blames him for the demise of WCW wrestling ... where Scott and Hulk were allies in the NWO. We reached out to Steiner for comment -- who told us, "Typical Hogan. He's just a punk."

Monday's episode of WWE RAW, with Ryback vs. Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton in the main event, drew 3.964 million viewers. This is down from last week's 5.364 million viewers for the post-WrestleMania 31 episode. For this week's show, the first hour drew 4.300 million viewers, the second hour drew 4.039 million viewers and the final hour drew 3.552 million viewers.

Didn't help that the NCAA basketball title game was a very close and competitive game (22.6 million viewers average). Also probably by the third hour people figured Bryan and other missing stars weren't showing up.
