I agree. I think the key to a great heel is they have to be a chicken shit but be a vicious hardnosed bastard when they cheat and get the advantage. Cowering until they can be opportunistic and be a prick. They aslo need to be portrayed as cunning or else you have a dopey, clumsy Chris Jericho circa 2002 run
