Regular Cody Rhodes gimmick, but I think it would work. 3rd guy joins by whatever means. Hell, maybe get some sex appeal and get Flair's daughter in the mix. Orton has the firepower he needs. Legacy 2.0 is back and better than ever. Good old fashioned stable warfare commences.

And to boot, we get the Legacy theme back and we're all singing "IT'S A NEW DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!....." yet again.

Orton, Cody, Axel, and Charlotte would make a good Legacy
