Jim Ross needs to come back as a manager with a new gimmick. Call him Jim Cross and have him wear all white and be an crusading Christian leading a stable of fanatical Christians. When he leads his stable to battle, Jim Cross can yell "IN THE NAME OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST!".
