It was like reading a book, and the first few chapters were good, but then you turn the page and it's the last page of the book and you're like "what the fuck". It's so blatantly forced, and bad that I don't understand how so many of these people from JR to Jericho, can look at the situation and not say "baw gawd, that's awful". Are they on the take, or what?

Before Reigns, Ryback was in a similar situation with his push being quickly forced out of nowhere. Went from squashing jobbers to starting to work up the ladder to suddenly in the main event because Vince panicked once Cena got hurt.
Although the big difference being Ryback gradually pissing people off backstage by being too wreckless in the ring. Could have played a role why his big push got deflated by Mania and the post-Mania Cena jobber feud.
