Well of course there are. That goes without saying. Erick Rowan would never work as a top guy no matter how well you booked him. That said people are underestimating what good booking could do over a prolonged period of time. Anyone with a decent amount of talent could draw amazingly well with the right booking and effort put in. I'm not saying a Heath Slater could out-draw a Cena no matter how the booking was stacked, but when you're dealing with guys with no investment like Reigns, Rollins, Ambrose, etc booking matters far more than anything else. A well booked and advertised Rollins or Ambrose would draw far better than a badly booked and advertised Reigns. With that being the case just imagine how well they could do in the ratings if they booked all three well. Good booking and advertising will always trump everything else so long as you've got someone with even a decent amount of talent to focus it on. If you can get someone with the whole package, well, that's just icing on the cake.
