Also I wouldn't give my phone to te NFL if I was Brady either. Even if I didn't do anything.
The way everything leaks out I would be worried about personal stuff leaking out. Not just pictures, but also phone numbers of friends who would probably be famous. I wouldn't trust the NFL at all with any of it.
