However, that is not the case. As we’ve been reporting here on WrestlingDVDNews.com in recent weeks, the documentary main feature is an extended 1 hour and 6 minute version of the “Journey to WrestleMania: Daniel Bryan” special from the WWE Network.

The WWE Network “First Look” last night was in fact previewing some of the extras planned for the DVD/Blu-ray. The following matches and surrounding interviews were previewed:

— American Dragon & Shooter Schultz vs. Brian Kendrik & Lance Cade
Austin, TX [SmackDown Taping] • February 8, 2000

— United States Championship Match
The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan
Night of Champions • September 19, 2010

— Triple Threat Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
Randy Orton vs. Batista vs. Daniel Bryan
WrestleMania XXX • April 6, 2014

That’s just a snippet of the full content of the Daniel Bryan DVD as it will feature over 7 hours of material (8 hours on Blu-ray) including the documentary, a compilation of more than 15 extra matches and segments, plus the new interview footage you’ve now had a taster of.

WWE Shop pulled their new Hideo Itami t-shirt this week because some of the Japanese characters on the original design were incorrect, according to PWInsider. They are fixing the t-shirt and will be adding it back to the website soon.

The man who payed the camera man on last night's WWE RAW in the angle with Dean Ambrose was Ring of Honor regular Will Ferrara

After tonight's WWE RAW went off the air on Long Island, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns eventually made their exit before Randy Orton made his way out for the dark main event. Orton reportedly received one of the biggest pops of the night. Orton faced Bray Wyatt and defeated him with a RKO after countering Sister Abigail. Orton greeted fans at ringside and took selfies with some to end the show and send the crowd home happy. With the Nassau Coliseum closing soon, Orton vs. Wyatt is the final wrestling match to take place in the venue.

We noted before that WWE is working on a DVD about The Undertaker to come out later this year. WrestlingDVDNews.com reports that the title will be a re-release and extended version of the 2012 "Undertaker: The Streak - 20-0" DVD and Blu-ray set. The title will be, "Undertaker: The Streak – 21-1 (RIP Edition)" and the set is scheduled to be released as a regular edition and a limited edition in special coffin-shaped packaging.

We noted over the weekend that Al Haft, who has ties to the "I Believe In Wrestling" dojo that WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall works with, sent word that Hall may be done with Jeff Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling due to WWE. Here's what Haft sent to us: "There was some talk at Jersey Championship Wrestling that Scott Hall was pulling out of Global Force Wrestling due to the size they were becoming and not wanting to upset WWE especially after Hall's WrestleMania appearance." It appears there may be more to the rumors of Hall working for WWE soon. This weekend I spoke with promoter Ricky Otazu, who put on the event in New Jersey that an intoxicated Hall was escorted out of earlier this month. Otazu says one of the reasons he was begging Hall to leave the event in New Jersey was because Hall had previously told them that he was going to work for WWE NXT in the coming weeks and they didn't want him to jeopardize that. Otazu added that Sean "X-Pac" Waltman and other people were pleading with Hall to leave the event in Jersey because any negative news could cost him his spot with WWE. Of course TMZ broke the story that weekend but we haven't heard anything about heat from WWE yet.

So, as of this writing, Aries' long-term future is up in the air, unless the two sides come to terms on a new deal.

There's been a number of people who work for the company obviously unhappy that nothing has been said beyond the email/statement TNA issued last week.
