TNA managed to end up on a general Do Not Advertise list that ad sponsors like to use. Supposedly TNA either doesn't have sponsors on their own like the WWE or whatever they were paying wasn't enough to offset what DA was losing.
Going to assume ROH is bringing whatever sponsors are associated with Sinclair for their spot on the network to cover any possible ad losses.

The DNA list is for when advertisers buy time on the station as a whole instead of just a specific show, the DNA, or Do Not Advertise list, is something sponsors list for shows they specifically don't want their ads on.
