Maybe its just a warm up fight until he takes on a bigger opponent like Godzilla. Him F5ing Godzilla would just elevate his beast status into god-like tier while also becoming the savoir of Japan.

Either that or with Hideo Itami now out, the WWE needed a really big name for the tour. Itami and Balor were originally supposed to be the showcase stars for the Japan trip.
