Or, at the very least, let us exchange those tokens at any time for chest keys. Or at least glimmer. Or even give them the Commendations treatment and make them consumable items that feed Judgment rep.

Seriously won't need 15 ships (so far) when I'm finally able to turn them in, especially when only 3 are offered.
