TNA declined to send the former Dudley Boyz as they were needed for an angle on Impact Wrestling with the Nasty Boys. Since it was a situation involving New Japan's champions, it turned the promotion off on working with TNA going further. The other big issue was the usage of Kazuchika Okada as the Green Hornet knockoff, which New Japan hated.

From an interview Magnus had with WrestlingInc recently. Implied TNA only has enough money remaining to pay wrestlers for taping appearances and can't afford giving out actual contracts anymore.

WWE announcers can no long use the term "backbreaker" on WWE television, according to Dave Meltzer. Apparently Vince McMahon doesn't like the term, which is why it wasn't called that when Sheamus used his Irish Curse Backbreaker maneuver during Monday's episode of RAW.
Reason for the ban is unknown, but Vince does this from time to time with different terms.

Supposedly the Observer didn't actually say a ban was in place but thinks its very likely one might be since the announcers have suddenly stopped using the term for Sheamus' move.

"It's water under the bridge. I didn't like the podcast, it had some business of a personal nature that I didn't care to have floating out there, being downloaded in cyberspace. So I had it removed from rotation when I did... I went down my road and Roddy went down the road he did and kept podcasting. Now I get blamed for his departure when it couldn't be further from the truth"
He then went on to say he phoned the president of Podcast One who said that Roddy had requested a meeting with the president and claimed he was no longer interested in doing a podcast with them.
