Makes sense though....why would Xur NOT be selling a weapon this week? My initial reaction was "he was selling the Gally", so I actually do believe it, even if its a shitty thing for Bungie to do.
Then again, it seems like Bungie has a "whack-a-mole" approach to this game in general, with things getting nerfed whenever they rise to popularity.
