What about rehabilitation? What if Hogan got sensitivity counselling, publicly apologised, and spent time condemning his actions, and explained to other people why he was wrong.
Yeah, hate is fucking hate, but one disgusting outburst shouldn't define a person who is capable of change and redemption. WWE did the right thing, and Hogan should answer for his stupid comments by appearing on a talk show or news broadcast and be humbled and questioned, but also show that he is redeemable.
People love to be outraged by stuff, and see the accused lose everything in the name of 'justice'. I'm in no way defending Hogan, I just have to roll my eyes at comments that read like 'he said a racist thing, now he's a racist for life, let's hope he loses everything and suffers for his injustice.'

I agree to an extent. And it's up for discernment of course, but I think theres a difference between saying "a racist thing" and someone subtly letting their real indoctrined views slip out. I'm not sure which one Hogan falls under in this case, but saying "fucking n*gger" twice in same rant doesn't bode well for optimism in this case.
