Couldn't someone (or some 'body' of sorts) make a claim against the WWE that while they don't tolerate racism, they clearly condone violence against women?
He also frequently consumed alcohol and operated motor vehicles on live television, often at the same time.

I hate Austin, so I'd be up for either of those reasons precluding him from his place of honor.
