Bingo. I think an injury de-railed her, but they didn't really go full steam ahead with it. She was their next Trish Stratus. The eventual heel turn down the stretch would have been amazing too, since she was so good at playing a Diva-groping bitch.

I was kind of hoping we'd see LayCool come back for a PPV appearance against The Bella Twins or something. Or at least a re-emergence of Layla as a "remember I used to run this place" heel.
