The Backlash swinging hooks were the first to come to mind. Actually think its funny, for as much as WWE like to blow themselves (and rightly so) about quality of production, it was WCW who did a better job with sets and theming their PPVs long before them.
While not spectacular, the Invasion set with two entrances helped the feel of the show.
