Hated that guy ever since he played a huge role why Theo Epstein suddenly left the team as GM. Outside of Chicken-gate, he's been a big source of the problems the Sox have had over the past few years.
Good guy to have when it comes to building up a team/organization but becomes a huge headache once he gets too hands-on or refuses to concede power to other people.
