Triple H, Stephanie and Seth sold Sting showing up really well. I know they tried to protect Sting with shenanigans at Mania, but he really should have won that match. BUT, it does allow for Rollins to arrogantly slap some shit in Triple H's direction. Eg. "You couldn't even beat Triple H at WrestleMania..." "What do you mean he couldn't even beat me?"

Given that Rollins holds both the World and US Titles, it stands to reason that he'll have to defend both at Night of Champions. Rollins vs. Cena for the US Title and Rollins vs. Sting for the World Heavyweight Title. And I'm actually thinking they put the World Title on Sting. This collapses The Authority, as Triple H now has issues with Rollins for losing all the gold, Cena is still the US Champion, and Sting could be used to put pretty much ANYBODY over huge. Like, it could be Ziggler, Sheamus, Lesnar or even Taker. They're doing the Garden show as a special on the WWE Network -- don't tell me that Sting vs. Taker for the World Heavyweight Title in the Garden wouldn't be pretty fucking amazing.
