I could never call 13 the worst of all time, because Austin-Bret was so good it could have been surrounded by Sid-Nash matches and I would still like it.
Its hard to judge the Manias from the 80s against the ones today because the workrate has gone up so much. As bad as 16 was, 2 is far worse because it had only one good match (Bulldogs-Dream Team) on the show and a lot of really bad ones. 5 was terrible, but Hogan-Savage had a lot of heat, so that saved the show.
If I were to crap on one show it would have to be 9. The concept of the show was dumb, Bret couldn't have a great match, they did the stupid Hogan title win, which was among the worst booking decisions they've ever made. Rest of the card was very uneventful, and the only good part was watching Bobby Heenan enter the arena on a camel, and that wa sin the first 10 minutes. So 9 would be the worse I'd say.
