Think that got debunked or was found out to be missing some info that made it skew pro-Nikki. Only thing that was true at the time was length between title matches.

Very likely since its been rumored before the Bellas managed to get Vince/Creative to drop the Total Divas restriction for the belt. Had to do with Vince not wanting storylines to get all messed up which is why the Total Divas stuff never involved the belt and was always dropped whenever the show took a seasonal break.
