I'm not saying I know exactly what evidence and witnesses and possibly experts might be shown by the defense and the prosecution. I'm saying IMHO that I think from the outset of the trial the huge burden of proof will rest squarely on the prosecution's shoulders. I could be wrong. But one thing I do know is this: it will be one HELL of an intriguing trial.
