Bret is a big old grump and definitely has a bit of an attitude problem, on top of being a mark for himself. People tend to let that get in the way of the last part of what you said. I do think in A LOT of ways Bret is a role model, work ethic wise and I think in his own way he tried to be respectful to other guys and actually put them over without burying other guys trying to make a living... HOWEVER this does not change the fact that he's a bit of a pain in the ass.
