According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, WWE informed a couple of Performance Center based talents of their release earlier today.

Devin Taylor, who has been a staple of NXT since its days as a Hulu-exclusive show, is the name that most will recognize. Initially criticized for her wooden delivery, Taylor was showing some signs of progress...especially as a foil for Dana Brooke. She wrestled occasionally on house shows, as well, but looks to have been moved out of a crowded announcer scene with the rise of Kyle Edwards and Dasha Fuentes.

The other name mentioned in the report is Cal Bishop. The wrestler had been with WWE for a couple of years, and worked as tag team enhancement talent on a couple of episodes of NXT.

Both were present at last night's NXT taping, although its not clear that either were used and unlikely that they'd be featured in any prominent way.

Best wishes to both Taylor and Bishop on whatever comes next, and we'll have any updates on their situations or releases in general for you here at Cage
Dana Brooke won the War of the Head Tapping in the end. Shame Taylor never had her chance to snap and become a badass submission machine
