I think the banning part is a bit exaggerated on some of the cases. It's just a threat, but it's still nice to respect the rules. Obviously, if you're known as a good poster and mess up once in a while, it's cool. But if you're a dick and post spoilers w/o warning frequent, to the point where it seems intentional, you're gone.

And if they can't ban, they can get Trips or RDD to ban.
