The Rock and Triple H both saw something in Curtis Axel. It hasn't come to forefront yet, but I really hope it does. He's a good carpenter that might not ever get to the main event level, but he's got a place. Love the guy's selling, intensity and trash-talking.

He's a guy that I'd like to see an E60/Breaking Ground type special on. I want reasons to like Axel and feel like I know him, because as he stands, he's just a guy in wrestling trunks playing Superstar right now. Axel might be missing charisma, but I feel that there is some sort of presentation road-block the WWE are facing with him.

At the very worst, he could make a great in-ring component to a heel faction -- whether it's him being "found" by Bray Wyatt, or joining up with The Authority's next "Corporate Champion." There's no reason Axel can't do what Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury did earlier this year.
