1. Jerry Lawler
Gonna go with heel, because a dude who calls himself a King should be a little full of himself. Also a lot of his face stuff is "cringe-worthy". I base this on only WWE.
2. Hulk Hogan
He was a fantastic heel, but I think you just can't go against Hulk Hogan as a face. A role model for an entire generation. Either way he could really work the crowd.
3. Sgt. Slaughter
I honestly don't know/can't remember. I will arbitrarily pick face, because as a kid I always wanted to root for him because of his G.I. Joe connection.
4. Steve Austin
I am a crazy man who disliked Stone Cold Steve Austin as a face. He was good in the feud vs. Bret Hart as a heel, and then I pretty much didn't care for him until he turned heel again. Heel all the way.
5. Brock Lesnar
Before his current face run, I'd say heel easily.... but his current run as the unstoppable beast as a face is pretty immense. Been 20+ years since we have had a face that looked so "strong", so it is pretty special. In fact, all his face runs have seemed more "special" than his heel runs. His heel runs were good stuff, but we have "seen" the "monster heel" before.... The "monster face" is more rare....
6. Eddie Guerrero
So great at both, but I think his best work probably as a heel. Just the way he could get the fans to hang onto every word.....
