I forget what it's called... I remember that it had some really weird cars/hovercrafts and such... it was almost like a primitive version of twisted metal, but on a racetrack. Had some old hair-band music. Really cheesy names for the people. You raced, got money, and bought upgrades, new vehicles, and new weapons.. I'm trying to see if maybe I can get this as a ROM, but no idea what it's called...
Anyone have any ideas?
